I would like to share my experience as a medical assistant with Dr. Arrazaghi. During my many years in medicine I have worked with many doctors, but my experience with Dr. Arrazaghi has been unquestionably unique. He is a very caring and meticulous doctor. Every patient referred to him is given a thorough cardiac screening, and even the smallest inconsistency is followed up on religiously. On many occasions I’ve seen him ferret out abnormalities and illnesses on sheer instinct, despite multiple tests coming up negative, saving many lives through his persistence. Further, he is also an extremely talented internist. I have often seem him giving sound advice to patients regarding illnesses outside of cardiology, that the doctor handling the patient had failed to give, all the while not putting down or undermining the doctor. I would also like to take this opportunity to highlight, and express my gratitude for, the way he treats his medical assistants (myself and the other doctors wo...
Dear Dr. A. Arrazaghi,
I would like to express my heartily thanks, outmost respect and gratitude to you for your dedicated service to the patients including me. I was worried because I don’t have good family history of heart disease. Lots of thanks to you that you gave me relief of that tension so rapidly. In fact, I could not even imagine that everything like my heart check up, ECG, stress test, Echo test, nuclear perfume test, etc. would be done so carefully, effectively and so nicely within two days and I would get every test result right way – without any delay.
I greatly appreciate your friendly behavior, patience, attention, and sincerity towards the patients. I am very pleased with the quality of service, patients care and courtesy of every staff member of your clinic. Please extend my thanks to them.
Most regards and all the best wishes for you.

Allow me to express my gratitude and appreciation to you for providing a valuable educational experience. Although my time with you was brief , it was filled with many relevant and interesting lessons. The diversity of clinical presentations truly helped to consolidate some difficult concepts, and was both stimulating and rewarding. I especially want to thank you for allowing me the opportunity to enhance my abilities in the area of exercise stress testing. You have taught me skills that will make me a better doctor, and I will not for get your kind and caring manner.

Dear Dr. Arrazaghi, I wanted to thank you for the opportunity to spend my medical elective under your supervision. This elective has allowed me to gain exposure to broad aspects of internal medicine and cardiology. In particular, I am grateful for your time and patience in teaching and explaining every case, as well as empowering me to make decisions and accepting responsibilities. Your approach not only has increased my level of medical knowledge, but it has also ignited my interest to pursue medical graduate training in the field of cardiology. During the elective, I also had a chance to learn about basic medical diagnostic tools and techniques. The greatest aspect of elective was having the opportunity to spend time hands on, learning from you in the hospital as well as in the clinic. In the past few weeks alone, I have been exposed to various cardiology diagnostic procedures, several various chronic and congenital hear diseases, as well as acute crisis management such as the place...
Dear Dr. Arrazaghi, Allow me to express my admiration and gratitude to you throughout the following lines:
Really, it is not that easy to find expressive words that hold my appreciation to you my dear Doctor. I had the honour of getting to know you throughout the last six months, which I had the opportunity of working with you as a colleague, (a Physician assistant). I consider myself very lucky as I have learnt a lot from you, and your long and precious experience. In fact, you have been very cooperative and generous in your invaluable gaudiness and support. Then, my appreciation increased when I became one of your patients. You have shown your kindness, love and nobility. Moreover, I have noticed your modesty and loyalty to both; your colleagues and patients. Again, how can I express my gratitude within just few lines and you are the one who saved the lives of more than hundreds of patients! Whom you have been the trustee advisor, t...
Dr. Arrazaghi, Cardiologist – a man of outstanding professional background with extraordinary academic records. In back home, I was a medical doctor, and here in Canada, I have been with Dr. Arrazaghi's team as an ECG technologist for over the last three years. Really Dr. Arrazaghi is extremely dedicated to his patients and providing the best services to them with love and respect.
He has strong feeling for the patients. He is so devoted to the patients that, not only he examines each and every patient minutely with extreme care, but also he himself contacts the hospital and makes appointment for immediate actions for the serious patients.
When he was asked why he takes so long time to examine a patient. He said, “I am not a skin specialist. I am a cardiologist, and I examine patient’s heart, the vital organ of the body.” His courteous-friendly behavior with patients and others is amazing. That’s why every cardiac patient, when he/she leaves the clinic, says, “Dr. Arrazaghi is ...
Dear Dr.Arrazaghi, I have been been thinking for the last two weeks about what to write regarding my experience working with you. This is the only quote that kept coming to my mind. "Better than a thousand days of diligent study is one day with a great teacher." -Japanese proverb I strongly felt that this quote applies to you. I have learned so much from just watching you work. Your true passion for your profession and the genuine care you provide for your patients and the way you make sure each patient is getting the ultimate care possible and is being further looked after equally even by your colleagues, is really astonishing. You have a special love for teaching which i came to know when you would come half an hour early to discuss topics you had assigned the previous day or if time did not permit you used to teach after you were done for the day, even after a very long day and just for one student. I loved the fact that you would explain the things which i did not understand an...

My experience as an Observer in the Toronto Heart Clinic:
I had the opportunity to be an observant in the practice of Dr. Arrazaghi. As an International Medical Graduate my expectations at the beginning of this experience were to have greater exposure to the Canadian medical system, to expand my clinical knowledge in the field of Internal Medicine and cardiology and also to improve my communications skills with the patient.
To my surprise, in just 6 weeks, a clinical experience turned into an intensive school of humanism, common sense and compassion for the patient, witnessing a professional with a personal commitment to use every means in his power to ensure the wealth being of his patients.
It was impressive and inspiring to see that international trained doctors are making the difference every day in Canada, that for some of them is more important the quality of service provided than the time spent on the patient's visits, that the application of the guidelines is not l...
Dear Dr. Arrazaghi,
I have really enjoyed the time I spent with you during my observership. You are really compassionate and have a genuine care for your patients. They are very lucky to have you looking after them. My attachment with you has greatly increased my knowledge in cardiovascular medicine. Thanks so much for actually making time to teach me and address my questions.
I also really admired how you are always up date with all the current therapeutics and guidelines. You have taught me the importance of keeping up to date with recent guidelines and publications.
Thanks so much for letting me have those clinical attachments. I learned so much from my time with you. You have really inspired me to aim high and work hard to achieve great things.
Thank you for your continual support,

It gives me great pleasure to write a few words about Dr. Arrazaghi, whom I know for the past one year .As a clinical assistant he has always treated me with respect and kindness. He is one of the few physicians who give the international medical graduates the opportunity to do observer ship and to work as assistants.
Having extensive knowledge Dr. Arrazaghi is able to pinpoint any diagnosis with ease which is amazing at times. Considerate as he is he treats all his patients as his own family members listening patiently to each and every complaint and addressing each one of them completely even it is beyond cardiology.
Though busy, Dr. Arrazaghi explains all difficult cases and teaches as much as he could. He would not know how grateful we, the international medical graduates are for what he is doing to teach us, help us to develop our communication skills and to regain the self-confidence we lost long past. I take this chance to express my gratitude to him.

I worked with Dr. Arrazaghi as a part-time physician assistant at his clinics in Toronto. This was my first time attending a clinic as a physician assistant in Canada. I can say that I was very lucky and privileged to have an opportunity to work with Dr. Arrazaghi.
Dr. Arrazaghi maintains a highly professional and disciplined environment around him. He has a thirst of sharing his knowledge of medicine with other doctors. He would give us a topic to prepare beforehand and on the day of our meeting, we would meet thirty minutes before our clinic time. In those thirty minutes, we used to have a very beneficial interactive teaching/learning session. In the clinic, we used to discuss all the pertinent and relevant information in the medical history of the patient and the management plans as well. Moreover, Dr. Arrazaghi would always utilize the opportunities of teaching in the clinic whenever he could, which was very beneficial and invaluable for us.

I have had the great privilege to work with Dr. Arrazaghi as an Assistant at his cardiac clinic. Though, it hasnt been long since I joined him, its been a wonderful experience so far. I am basically a medical doctor from Pakistan where I assisted cardiologists in various open-heart surgeries in prestigious hospitals for many years. Being equipped with this valuable experience I was ready to learn, share and join Dr. Arrazaghi when I came to Canada. Since then,I found him a highly knowledgeable professional as well as an excellent mentor and a fine human being to work with. He is very courteous, respecting and considerate in his dealing with his patients and staff alike which make the clinic environment home like. I hope to spend more time working with him in future to gain more knowledge and experience.

I have no words to express my admiration and gratitude to one of the most compassionate, honest, humble, professional and dedicated human beings I have never encountered before.
I have the tremendous pleasure to say some words about Dr. Arrazaghi, who for the past 2 years has been helping me by giving me the chance to be part of his team, always treating all of us as his own family, as he always does with his patients.
Since the first day I met him, he treated me as a colleague, as a friend, knowing what all the International Medical Graduates have to face in order to continue our beloved profession. He gave me a hand when I was in need, he was always telling me: "Never forget that you are a Doctor". I consider him as a big brother who is always giving me good advice.
What I have learn in all this time with him?, well almost everything you need to know on how to treat a patient with real care, thinking on the best of the patient, even if you have to fight for your patient's...
I, AnasWess, am a final year medical student at All Saints University, Dominican republic. Previously at Aleppo university, Syria. I attended a rotation under supervision of DrAbdulwahabArrazaghi in internal medicine and cardiology for four weeks. It was one of the greatest rotations I had ever. I was exposed to many different cases and aspects. A part of my duty was to clerk patients, do quick and accurate physical examinations, present my cases and prepare a plan of management to discuss with my preceptor. We also discussed a lot of clinical scenarios prepared by DrArrazaghi. I was exposed to a large number of ECGs and Holter ECGs to read. Overall, this rotation gave me knowledge, experience and confidence.
